Job description

Job Details

  • Location : Markham, ON L3R 6A8
  • Salary : $36.00 to $38.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
  • Hours : 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Terms of employment : Permanent, Full time
  • Education : College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

Experience

  • Required : 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Must work on‑site; remote work not available
  • Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
