Responsibilities
- Delivers a high-quality and professional service that supports the lending activities of a specific customer, functioning as a collaborative partner within a processing team;
- Assemble Conditions Precedents to disbursement and prepare internal documentation for approval;
- Support the compliance validation of internal Anti-Money Laundering processes and forms, records keeping and accuracy;
- Review lending conditions for completeness, accuracy, and intent. Ensure timely processing of maturing loans and commitments by including daily monitoring and management of upcoming events;
- Ensures accurate and timely administration of all loan-related transactions and implement loan’s term and conditions and prevent potential discrepancies;
- Works in collaboration with the Accountancy department and ensures accurate preparation of customer bills for applicable fees and interest to determine the correct amounts and billing periods;
- Conducts daily reviews of the reconciliation of cash disbursement suspense accounts. This involves timely monitoring, resolving, and reporting of all open items, and ensuring that reconciliation tapes for Control & Reconciliation are prepared daily;
- Making sure that customer portfolios are reconciled, and any necessary corrections are applied, such as addressing unused commitment fees and balances, past due items, disparities in fee amortization, and general ledger balances. This involves using query tools independently to confirm the accuracy of transaction processing and reporting;
- Adhere to established administrative guidelines to ensure transaction processing aligns with departmental procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or another relevant field;Experience in Loan Servicing Software are a must;Minimum 3 years of experience in loan administration in Real Estate loans;Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft365;Passion and / or experience in the real estate industry are assets;Fluency in English and French;Working with VA Capital means
