About the Role

Step into a hands‑on Machine Operator role where you’ll keep a busy manufacturing line running smoothly. You’ll set up and operate industrial production equipment, monitor performance, and handle the loading and unloading of materials. Each run includes short reset periods, giving you steady momentum throughout the shift without feeling rushed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and set up production machinery
• Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, machine operating, or heavy industrial work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using industrial equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically active tasks
• Basic math and measurement-reading skills
