JPC - 1447 - Mortgage Loan Originators - Multiple roles

Overview

Our client is a locally owned and operated mortgage brokerage that is experiencing exponential growth and hence currently looking to hire multiple Mortgage Loan Originators/ Officers to service our operations in Southern California specifically in areas of Newport Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients
• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
• Strives to close 3-5+ loans/month

Qualifications

• NMLS (Required) 3 - 15+ years experience in Loan origination
• Looking for an overachiever and can prove Come build an empire within our fine, progressive company
• Solid experience in commercial, multi-family, and residential investment real estate lending.
• Self-starter with a proven track record.
• Strong background and knowledge of real estate lending.
• Ability to understand our market, bring deals in to meet sales targets
