Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SAAS-based fintech company.
- Experience identifying new segments and driving research to gain customer insights.
- Proven track record of creating marketing strategies that have led to business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pull data and use insights to drive strategic decision making (experience with Tableau is a bonus).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (including strong attention to details) with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills and ability to transform data and strategy into concise documents (such as business cases).
- A can-do, curiosity-filled attitude combined with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience.

Product Marketing Strategy : Use data, market research, and customer insights (combined with your 5+ years of experience) to identify which segments to target. Deeply understand the needs and mindsets of these segments to develop positioning and promotions. (You’ll own 3 the 4 Ps and influence the 4th P—Product).Forward Thinking : Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities to differentiate our offerings and lay the groundwork for future growth. Provide input on product enhancements and ensure alignment between customer needs and product features. Lift heads with a market that is on autopilot.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to inform creative and channel decisions, to set up pricing and promotions, and to support strategic partnerships. Collaborate with product management and analytics to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with overall business objectives and to provide input into forecasting. Develop relationships with TurboTax US team members to determine cross-country collaboration opportunities. Work with customer success to ensure front line team members are aware of changes to product, new promotions, etc. You are the point of contact for TurboTax Online marketing strategy across the company.Grit and Determination : Exhibit resilience and determination to overcome challenges and achieve marketing objectives that support business targets. Monitor KPIs and optimize segment performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and maximize ROI.
