Le directeur territorial des ventes est chargé de maximiser la part de marché sur le territoire en axant son action sur la prospection et sur la conversion des demandes entrantes pour favoriser les activations.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ:

Croissance des ventes

  • Élaborer et exécuter un plan de vente stratégique pour atteindre et excéder les objectifs de vente de conteneurs, de bureaux à même le sol, de structures modulaires simple largeur, de structures modulaires complexes (sur certains marchés) et de produits à valeur ajoutée.
  • Environ 40 % du temps sera consacré à la prospection, 30 % à la conversion des demandes entrantes et le reste au développement des comptes, à la prospection en personne et aux visites à la clientèle.
  • Identifier et prioriser les clients potentiels, les secteurs et les segments de marché pour optimiser la recherche de clients.
  • Maintenir un bon pipeline de ventes et s’efforcer constamment de convertir les prospects en ventes.
  • Maintenir un volume élevé d’opportunités de ventes transactionnelles et de projets majeurs tout en proposant des solutions d’espace clés en main et des produits à valeur ajoutée.

Gestion des relations avec la clientèle

  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec la clientèle grâce à des communications régulières, à des visites sur place et à un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients, fournir des recommandations sur les produits et répondre rapidement aux questions et aux préoccupations.
  • Collaborer avec les clients pour créer des solutions personnalisées répondant à leurs besoins de conteneurs et de structures modulaires.
  • Utiliser le système de GRC Salesforce pour suivre le rendement et gérer les clients de façon collaborative.

Analyse du marché

  • Se tenir informer des tendances du secteur, des conditions de marché et des activités des concurrents sur le territoire.
  • Réaliser des analyses et des études de marché pour identifier les éventuelles possibilités de croissance et de différenciation.
  • Fournir de la rétroaction à l’équipe dirigeante sur la connaissance du marché et la rétroaction des clients.

Devis et tarification

  • Utiliser, au besoin, une approche de vente consultative pour maximiser les tarifs et les prix de location mensuels.
  • Préparer des devis précis et compétitifs pour les clients potentiels.
  • Négocier les conditions générales des contrats de vente pour garantir des résultats mutuellement bénéfiques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer un traitement et une livraison rapides des commandes.

Rapports et documents

  • Tenir un registre détaillé des activités de vente, des interactions avec la clientèle et des prévisions de vente en utilisant un logiciel de GRC.
  • Générer régulièrement pour la direction des rapports sur le rendement des ventes, les tendances du marché et l’activité des concurrents.
  • Satisfaire aux attentes quotidiennes/hebdomadaires concernant les principaux indicateurs pour atteindre des objectifs réalistes.

Collaboration entre équipes

  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les opérations, la logistique et le soutien à la clientèle, pour garantir la satisfaction de la clientèle et l’exécution réussie des projets.
  • Fournir, au besoin, des conseils et de l’assistance aux collègues pour garantir la réalisation des objectifs de vente communs.

ÉDUCATION ET QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires, formation générale ou expérience applicable
  • 1 an d’expérience dans la prospection ou 1 an d’expérience chez WS
  • Prêt à voyager 10 % à 20 % du temps pour des visites de terrain auprès des clients importants (déplacements majoritairement sur la journée)
  • Bonne maîtrise de la communication professionnelle (écrite et orale)
  • Expérience d’utilisation efficace de Microsoft Office (notamment Outlook, Word et Excel) et des logiciels de visioconférence tels que Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Capable de parler, lire et écrire le français et l'anglais

  • Expérience du cycle de la vente transactionnelle à volume élevé

Base Wage Range: $47,400.00 - $64,200.00
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
