An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

Role Model / Practice Model

As an Associate Doctor of Optometry in an independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor\'s office and provides high-quality optometric care. The terms of the agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Deliver full-scope optometric services predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas).
• Operate within a fully furnished office with OD equipment; some offices use Clarifye digital eye examination technology.
• Utilize available imaging and pre-testing support, such as Optomap where offered, and coordinate with the office\'s scheduling and patient recall systems.
• Maintain professional autonomy within the practice model and established workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
