Description :

Create analytics and reporting for the Agent Review team to identify and assess patterns, track findings, and detect and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of reporting metrics and dashboards in collaboration with the

Agent Review and Compliance teams.

  • Use analytics technologies including MSBI, Excel, SQL, SSIS, Power BI, to develop and

    • maintain data, data extracts, and reporting.

  • Initiate, review, track and provide reporting for client and agent file reviews performed by the

    • Agent Review team.

  • Build automations using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Assist in the development of reporting that identifies statistics, trends, and training

    • opportunities for the sales field.

  • Document processes related to data warehousing, extracting, automations, analysis, and

    • reporting.

  • Extract, transform, and load data using data management tools and T-SQL.
  • Administer and maintain the BI Portal, data warehouse, and existing BI solutions.
  • Assist management in conducting and facilitating internal testing and user acceptance

    • testing.

    Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in finance, computer science, information technology, or

    • equivalent experience

  • Two years of experience in the insurance and / or securities industry
  • Good understanding and experience with MSBI, Excel, SQL, SSI, Power BI, and MS Office
  • Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Bilingual (French / English)
