We are seeking a senior HR Leader to lead HR end to end supply chain operations and strategy at a large-scale manufacturing facility . This role is instrumental in shaping workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while driving talent development and organizational efficiency that can thrive in a highly matrix led global organization.

About the Role :

As the Plant Human Resources Leader , you will be the key HR leader on-site, supporting plant leadership and overseeing HR initiatives for a manufacturing workforce. You'll play a crucial role in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a strong, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, influencing HR decisions that impact business success.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and talent pipeline development to ensure the right people in the right roles.
• Manage employee relations, acting as a trusted resource for leadership and employees to drive engagement and retention.
• Implement HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Utilize data and analytics to drive HR strategies and inform business decisions.
