We are seeking a senior HR Leader to lead HR end to end S upply Chain Operations and strategy while being based at a jumbo food & beverage manufacturing facility and reporting into corporate HR in the USA. This role is instrumental in shaping workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while driving talent development and organizational efficiency that can thrive in a highly matrix led global organization.
About the Role :
As the Associate HR Director Supply Chain , you will be the key HR leader on-site, supporting plant leadership and overseeing HR initiatives for a manufacturing workforce leading a team of 10 direct reports. You'll play a crucial role in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a strong, people-first culture for Canadian Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, influencing HR decisions that impact business success.
- Lead workforce planning, staffing, and talent pipeline development to ensure the right people in the right roles.
- Manage employee relations, acting as a trusted resource for leadership and employees to drive engagement and retention.
- Implement HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Champion cultural transformation and change management efforts to enhance workplace efficiency and morale.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive HR strategies and inform business decisions.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and workforce readiness.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 8+ years in HR leadership roles, ideally for large Global Matrix led CPG Manufacturing organizations with a focus on end to end Supply Chain Operations.HR Expertise : Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, employment laws, and HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos, etc.).Bilingual : Fluent in French & English language skills (written / verbal) a requirementStrategic Mindset : Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and influence key stakeholders within a matrix led organization.Leadership Skills : Experience leading and developing HR teams and cross functional Manufacturing Leadership teams.Problem Solver : Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.Adaptability : Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.Why Join Us?
