What You’ll Do

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
• Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection).
• Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support issues to resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean and hygienic work area, promptly clean up spills and debris, keep totes clean and void of debris before packing, and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

Pay

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
