MAINTAIR AVIATION is currently seeking qualified individuals for a part-time niche role within our Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Team. This position is ideally suited to someone who is flexible, willing to work evenings and / or weekends and is able to make day trips within New Brunswick to Fredericton and Saint John.

• With over 40 years of experience in the aviation sector, Maintair Aviation is rapidly growing in New Brunswick and we welcome applicants who believe they meet the below criteria;

JOB SUMMARY : The GSE Technician works under the direction of the GSE Manager and / or other Management to ensure all aspects of GSE maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting are completed according to specific company policies & procedures. Inventory and Asset management are key focuses of this position, working with our HIPPO asset management system. Safety, attention to detail, following company procedures, and team work are key components to be successful in this position. The ideal candidate must possess verbal & written communication skills, be energetic, outgoing, understanding and accepting of change. He / She must have a technical and mechanical skillset and be willing and able to troubleshoot GSE issues and perform preventative and non-invasive GSE maintenance. He / She must also be flexible and able to deal with the adapting nature of aviation.
