Event Server
Job Description :
As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering our guests, top-of-the-world service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless service delivery, uphold our high service standards, and contribute to the overall success of each event.
Duties and responsibilities include :
Setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, decorations, and audio-visual equipment
Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with seating arrangements
Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to proper serving etiquette
Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event
Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event
Collaborating with the kitchen and event planning staff to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events
Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications :
Previous experience in banquet service or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to adhere to grooming and uniform standards
