Accounts Receivable Coordinator

About the Opportunity

• Responsible for managing AR across multiple global entities, including invoicing, cash posting, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

Monitor and maintain customer credit, establish limits using reports, release orders, and process credits or prepayments as needed.

Support month-end and year-end processes by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits and customer documentation.

About You

You have 5+ years of senior accounts receivable and credit management experience, with the ability to handle multiple entities, currencies, and international customer relationships.

You are detail-oriented and organized, skilled in reconciliations, audits, and maintaining accurate financial records across complex systems.

You have experience with a large ERP system and are well versed in Microsoft Excel

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000 per year
