Are you a skilled welder and fabricator looking for a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity? Look no further! Join our team at a family-owned company that values its employees and provides room for growth. We are currently hiring Welder/Fitters to work in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

Assemble and weld steel and aluminum structures using a variety of tools and equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings to determine the appropriate welding techniques.
Adhere to project instructions and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Operate torches, grinders, and welding machines effectively.
Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
Interpret welding process specifications.
Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
Determine the weldability of materials.
Operate hoisting and lifting equipment.

Requirements:

Ability to work well in a team setting.
Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe working environment.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
