Accounting Clerk

We’re seeking an Accounting Clerk who values stability, routine, and the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Receivable

• Process customer payments and keep account information current
• Set up and maintain accurate customer profiles
• Investigate and resolve billing questions with professionalism and clarity
• Prepare and send invoices and customer statements
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts

Accounts Payable

• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy
• Review invoices for completeness and compliance with company guidelines

General Accounting Support

• Support month end and year end closing activities
• Maintain financial records
• Assist the team with additional tasks or coverage when needed

• Process-focused – You appreciate routine and consistency. You follow procedures, keep data clean, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.
• Supportive & approachable – Whether helping internal teams or responding to customers, vendors, or the warehouse, you communicate clearly and professionally.
• Calm & steady under pressure – You manage your time well, handle multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed, and maintain a dependable presence.
• Tech-savvy & communicative – You’re comfortable using email, phone, and ERP tools like NetSuite.
