Company Background
Flynn Restaurant Group (FRG) was started in 1999 as the owner and operator of eight Applebee’s in Washington State.

Summary
The Director of Benefits will be responsible for helping implement and deliver benefits services across Flynn Restaurant Group, which includes 6 brands, in 44 states, with over 70,000 associates. This position will ensure the benefits team provides world class support to our restaurant operations and support center teams, while providing the same level of leadership to the Benefits team. The Director of Benefits will be responsible for identifying needs and opportunities and defining responses to these opportunities that follow FRG’s decentralized organization structure.

Education and Experience
Education : Qualified professionals must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Experience : 10+ years of HR / Benefits experience for a large company in their corporate offices
