Position Overview

We're looking for a creative powerhouse to bring Aviron's story to life through video. As our Video Producer , you'll own the end-to-end process from concept and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and delivering high-performing content that drives results. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, and collaborating closely with the Creative and performance teams, you'll craft thumb-stopping videos for paid and organic channels, blending cinematic storytelling with data-driven strategy. With expert editing, sound, and motion skills, you'll ensure every frame captivates our audience and strengthens the Aviron brand. Fast-paced, hands-on, and impact-focused - this role is built for a creator who can turn ideas into conversion-driving content.

This is a hybrid role. Although we don't mandate any in-office days, this role does require collaborating closely with the creative team, using our Toronto office as a studio to do shooting with the CEO / founder.
