Responsabilités :

Générer activement de nouveaux prospects qualifiés grâce à des activités de prospection.

Effectuer un minimum de 100 activités de prospection par jour.

Collaborer efficacement dans un environnement axé sur l'esprit d'équipe.

Utiliser des compétences téléphoniques consultatives pour prospecter de grandes organisations, en communiquant efficacement la valeur de nos solutions et en surmontant les objections.

Effectuer des recherches sur les prospects sur des plateformes telles que LinkedIn et maintenir des informations de contact précises et à jour dans les CRMs.

Veiller à la documentation précise des activités et consigner les informations pertinentes dans le CRM.

Coordonner les réunions de vente internes et les démonstrations avec les prospects et l'équipe de vente technique, tout en gérant et consignant efficacement les étapes suivantes.

About Us

Responsibilities :

Proactively generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities.

Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound prospecting activities per day.

Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Utilize consultative phone skills to prospect large organizations, effectively communicating the value of our solutions and overcoming objections.

Conduct lead research on platforms like LinkedIn and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead contact information in CRMs.

Ensure accurate documentation of activities and log relevant information in the CRM.

Coordinate inside sales meetings and demos with prospects and the technical sales team, while effectively managing and documenting next steps.

Profil :

Expérience préalable dans le service à la clientèle, l'hôtellerie et / ou le commerce de détail.

Solides compétences organisationnelles avec un excellent sens du détail et des compétences de suivi.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, à travailler de manière indépendante et à hiérarchiser les tâches efficacement.

Bonnes connaissances en informatique.

Une connaissance des systèmes CRM comme Salesforce est un avantage.

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.

Requirements :

Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, and / or Retail.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient computer knowledge.

Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
