Job descriptionExcellent communication and customer relation skills are required. Possess a competitive nature and a drive to exceed company Key Performance Indicators. Knowledge of engineering principles & standards. Problem-solving skills, Time Management, Documentation Skills. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess the ability to execute multiple responsibilities. Prior inside sales / support (Contacts in the industry a plus). General mechanical and electrical aptitude helpful. Familiarity with the sales & purchase order fulfillment process helpful.
About the Company - Kinequip is a busy, growing distributor of Industrial products and looking to add a sales associate to our fast-growing team.
About the Role - The ideal candidate will be a dependable, hardworking, self-motivated individual with a desire to grow with the company.
Responsibilities -
- Develop new sales opportunities with existing & prospective customers.
- Respond to customer's inquiries, order status requests, products and services pricing.
- Follow up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform work following general guidelines and procedures.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Work daily with manufacturers on lead processing and follow up with recent quotes within our CRM; Hubspot.
- Support outside sales staff through assisting in quotes and technical requirements.
- Work with operations team to develop proposals and estimate costs.
