Overview & Role Objectives
This person will report to the Sr. Director – Sales Operations and act as a critical business partner to the SVP Sales, managing the organization’s most important strategic sales initiatives. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this Individual Contributor role ensures the Sales Leadership team is focused, aligned, and positioned to deliver on both short‑ and long‑term priorities.
They will work closely with executives and senior leaders across the business, providing structure, insight, and leadership to advance enterprise‑wide initiatives. This individual must combine strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and exceptional program leadership skills to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.
