We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient  Business Technology Analyst  to support the management of our core platforms. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partner organizations responsible for platform delivery and maintenance. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to understand platform needs, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for external platform partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors regarding platform functionality, performance, and change requests.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
• Support incident and problem management processes by coordinating with external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in platform governance, ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and operational standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of platform configurations, integrations, and change history.
• Facilitate regular reviews with external partners to track progress, manage SLAs, and ensure accountability.
• Assist with developing, executing and maintaining high quality assurance standards around testing for projects, configuration changes and / or system enhancements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on project scoping and / or resolving complex issues or providing viable solutions to identified opportunities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of platform upgrades, migrations, change requests, and new feature rollouts.

We are offering  $65,000 - 75,000 / year CAD  for this role, plus the opportunity to earn yearly performance bonuses.
