Millwright – Global Manufacturing Leader (Permanent, Full-Time)Location: Scarborough, ON

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to reduce downtime and improve performance
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Participate in daily management huddles and continuous improvement activities
• Conduct job hazard analyses and ensure all work complies with safety standards
• Support operators by training on Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Tightening (CILT) practices
• Collaborate with operators and team members to identify and eliminate equipment and safety issues
• Carry out root cause failure analyses and assist with precision maintenance planning
• Handle mechanical rebuilds, installations, rigging, and equipment alignment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

What You Bring

• Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright (433A) certification
• Minimum five years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); SAP experience an asset
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed
