QA Mobile Tester

Akkodis is seeking a QE Mobile Tester for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally looking for experience with Appium, IOS, Android, Java , Selenium, TestNG, Agile, Scrum , Git , CICD, preference would be someone with the required skills and experience, particularly in large organizations.

Requires 2-3 days of travel to the office

Job Description / Requirements

5+ years of experience in Software Testing. Expertise in Automation and Manual testing of mobile applications.

• Strong experience in using Appium, automation testing mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms for at least 2 years.
• Good experience with Selenium with Java, and TestNG and using test management tools Jira, and ALM.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology : Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Sprint Experience in preparing Test Plans, Test strategy, Test Cases, and Executing Test cases.
• Experience with analysis and identification of test cases to automate, and prioritize suitable test cases for regression automation testing.
• Well-versed with configuration management / version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
