The Role :

The Sales Coordinatorsupports the day-to-day needs of our Sales team and will have a wide range of responsibilities. This fast-paced environment requires an individual that is a proven multitasker, someone who can prioritize their responsibilities while in an ever-changing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact and beyond.
• Accurately enter customer ordersincluding cancellations, return authorizations, and change requestsinto the ERP system (SAP).
• Ensure timely and precise processing of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to provide accurate product information, promptly address their concerns, monitor emerging issues, take immediate action when possible, and escalate matters when necessary.
• Respond to operational inquiries and participate in calls with customers and the Sales team.
• Coordinate and fulfill ad-hoc customer requests, ensuring completion meets defined expectation
