Compensation : $35.46 – $46.69 per hour.

Job Description

As an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP), you will evaluate emergency scenes and patients, ferry them between locations, and provide advanced life‑support care. You operate ambulances and other transport modes, administer medications, airway adjuncts, and electrical therapy, and lead the crew during transport. You assist in ensuring vehicles are properly stocked, and you work in diverse environments—from rural backcountry to urban centers—under all weather conditions. The role demands physical endurance, frequent lifting, and exposure to hazardous and fluid‑rich scenes.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and patient conditions.
• Transport patients to hospitals or between facilities.
• Operate ambulances and other transportation equipment.
• Administer medications, airway adjuncts, and electrical therapy.
• Lead the ALS crew during patient care in transport or on scene.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and supplies.
• Manage exposure to environmental hazards, hazardous scenes, and bodily fluids.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 105 lbs and carrying up to 20 lbs in each hand.
