Job description

The Opportunity

Accountable / responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.

The Role

  • Administration duties for Service Department : looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
  • Customer relations top priority, in person, on phone, email etc.
  • Issuing / receiving of purchase orders for service department.
  • Opening and closing of workorders, scheduling of work for technicians
  • Timecard entry
  • Warranty administration

The Candidate

  • Work Experience :  2 plus years related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators and Marine industry is an asset.
  • Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
  • Person with parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator may be considered.
  • Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc..
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
