Truck Driver

ROLE STATEMENT:

The Transport Operator will be a member of the Transport Department responsible for safely transporting materials such as sand, liquid and over-sized loads to and from job sites. The Transport Operator will focus on adhering to Calfrac’s operational, safety and environmental policies and procedures at all times. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transport materials to and from job site
• Monitor unit to ensure proper maintenance
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment Policies & Procedures
• Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team

SCHEDULE:

• Local: Fifteen (15) days on, six (6) days off

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Hourly Wages plus Overtime when applicable

• Paid training
• Meal allowance up to $40/day while out of district
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3 – 5 years driving experience preferred
• Previous industry experience preferred
• Valid Class 1 Drivers License required
• Satisfactory Drivers Abstract required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with chaining up vehicles is considered an asset
