Dispatcher

What you will be responsible for :

• Planning and organizing driver routes optimally to ensure maximum use of the truck fleet
• Assigning routes to drivers (in-house software)
• Responding to internal client calls efficiently courteously and professionally
• Entering information into the computer system to document calls and follow up appropriately
• Serving as the drivers point of contact regarding work hours and resolving issues if any
• Weighing trucks on our scales and integrating the data into our system
• Processing customs paperwork requests (USA drivers)
• Maintaining and tracking inventories in our supply yards on a daily basis
• Performing all other related tasks
