- Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting special dietary instructions as required.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Provide direction to lower levelled Cooks as assigned.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain assigned station and overall kitchen through practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
Qualifications
Culinary degree and 2 years of cooking experience OR 5 years of related cooking experienceExperience and proficiency in both a la carte and production cookingValid food handler certificateAble to meet the physical demands of the positionSelf-motivatedAble to work under pressureExcellent communication skillsAdditional Information
