Job Summary

Ideal Siding Langley is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative with a background in construction or home renovation sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the home improvement industry and is ready to close high-ticket deals, deliver expert consultations, and manage client relationships from the initial meeting to contract signing.

What Youll Do : Start Strong :

Review pre-qualified leads

Plan appointments with high-potential clients

Follow up to book consultations

Sell with Confidence :

Meet homeowners in person

Present tailored siding solutions

Prepare and send proposals

Follow up, address objections, and close the deal

Drive Revenue :

Generate referrals and upsell opportunities

Build long-term client relationships

Manage a growing pipeline of active leads

Qualifications

Proven Sales Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is Required : You must have a minimum of 12 years of successful sales experience specifically in construction, renovation, or a related home improvement industry.

Customer-Centric Approach : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.

Tech-savvy : Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.

Problem-solving ability : Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.

What Were Looking For :

MUST HAVE :

2+ years of proven sales experience in home improvement, renovation, or construction services (e.g., siding, roofing, windows, remodeling, or similar)

Confidence in presenting in-home consultations and closing deals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy and organized with CRM tools or project management software

Availability to work Monday through Saturday

Valid drivers license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Please Note : This is not an entry-level position or a fit for general retail, hospitality, or unrelated sales backgrounds. Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.

We Offer

Training Pay : $3,000 during your first month.

First-Year Earnings : $60,000$90,000 expected.

Top Performers : Earn $120,000+ annually
