En tant que gestionnaire de projet, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le client pour planifier et déployer des projets de moyenne et grande envergure. Votre leadership opérationnel ainsi que votre capacité à communiquer efficacement et à guider l’équipe tout au long du cycle de vie du projet sont important pour réussir dans ce rôle.

LES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Livrer les projets à temps, en respectant le budget tout en maintenant une livraison de la plus haute qualité pour notre clientèle
- Diriger, guider, et encadrer le personnel sur le terrain
- Fournir des rapports financiers sur le rendement des projets, y compris les prévisions de coûts et de revenus ainsi que la gestion du fonds de roulement
- Élaborer et gérer des calendriers, des plans de ressources, de l’approvisionnement, de la mise en service et des stratégies de gestion de risques
- Contrôler les coûts et maximiser la productivité grâce à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques
- Gérer et maintenir efficacement toutes les communications écrites et verbales
- Établir des relations avec les sous-traitants afin de constituer un bassin de ressources
- Gérer la sélection des contrats de sous-traitance pour les projets
- Évaluer de façon proactive les risques; assurer un milieu de travail sain et sécuritaire
- Développer des relations avec la clientèle pour soutenir le développement des affaires
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Expérience antérieure et progressive en tant que gestionnaire de projet dans le câblage réseau, la sécurité basse tension, le data / AV. De l’expérience dans les industries connexe tel, Telecom et TI, est aussi considéréExpérience antérieure dans la gestion de projets dans un environnement de construction est un atoutExcellente communication écrite et verbale, ainsi que des habiletés interpersonnellesCapable de travailler de façon autonome, de gérer le temps efficacement et de travailler avec plusieurs délaisLa certification de professionnel en gestion de projet (PMP) est considérée comme un atoutAs a Project Manager l , you will work closely with clients to design, scope, and build highly complex audio-visual, integrated security, and structured cabling projects. We will lean on you for operational leadership support so your ability to guide field staff through the project lifecycle will be important in achieving success in this role. You may have to travel throughout the surrounding area depending on operational needs.

Previous and progressive experience as a Project Manager in the audio-visual, integrated security, or structured cabling industry.Previous experience managing large, construction projects preferredExperience delivering projects utilizing Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, Belden, Commscope, Crestron, Biamp, Extron preferredPrevious sales, estimating, or design experience is considered a bonusPost-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project softwareAble to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlinesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an assetCertified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is considered an assetCompany Info :
