Multi-Site Finance Manager

Eaton's Electrical sector is currently seeking a Finance Manager . This on‑site position that is based out of our Airdrie, AB location and offers benefits from day one.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 plus bonus.

What you'll do

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision‑making, including evaluating capital deployment opportunities and resource prioritization.
• Lead capital planning and deployment to address short‑, medium‑, and long‑term needs of the business, ensuring prioritization and allocation based on business needs and cash flow.
• Coordinate profit plans and forecasts for key operational metrics and manufacturing costs.

Building strong relationships with key managers and remote teams is essential, as is providing timely, practical business advice. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time in a matrix environment, and solve problems proactively will set you apart. Regular interaction with manufacturing teams— including shop floor visits—ensures you understand operations firsthand and can align financial strategies with business realities.
