What You’ll Do

• Plan for performance: Build and maintain efficient production schedules that meet customer demand, inventory targets, and operational capacity;
• Stay ahead of the curve: Anticipate production needs by analyzing sales forecasts, order trends, and market insights, ensuring agility and responsiveness;
• Drive collaboration: Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime, remove bottlenecks, and optimize use of labor and materials;
• Support continuous improvement: Track production metrics, solve disruptions quickly, and lead process enhancements to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning;
• Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel;
• Sharp analytical thinking, a hands‑on approach, and excellent collaboration skills;
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus;
• Experience in tracking and acting on performance indicators.
