Cochrane Public Library (CPL) is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who would like to join our amazing team, helping to keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for all patrons!
Our ideal candidate is an all-around caretaking champion with the skills needed to clean and maintain both the interior and exterior of the Library, replenish supplies, and perform other related duties. The ability to follow policies, cleaning schedules, and procedures is essential.
A friendly demeanor and positive attitude are a must in this role, as you represent CPL to our community and contribute to a fun, collaborative, and respectful workplace. We work as a team and practice our shared workplace values in all interactions with the public and with each other.
On the job training on specific processes will be provided, but it is imperative that you can demonstrate some recent, related cleaning or caretaking experience.
Experience in a public facility would be considered a strong asset.
