As a Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering the exceptional customer experience that Craftsman Collision is known for.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators, and coordinators.
Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care.
Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships.
Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of progressive industry or related experience, including experience in sales, customer service, management or leadershipPost-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be consideredStrong understanding of operations, budgeting, and expense managementI-CAR Platinum certification an assetProficiency in Mitchell Estimating, Audatex, ALLDATA an assetKnowledge and proficiency in ADAS systems, vehicle calibrations, and emerging vehicle technologies an assetStrong verbal, written and listening skills, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makersDemonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgencyA well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skillsProven experience effectively leading a team in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skillsStrong interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented attitudeProficient in Outlook and video conferencing platforms with the ability and willingness to learn new applicationsDemonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and developmentMust have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract over the last 3 yearsMust be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictionAbility to travel occasionally within Canada and to the US for company functions
