Who is an Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

What will you be doing

• Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals
• Educating your team on sales relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club

• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals
• Proven success in leading training and motivating diverse teams
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness
• Creative independent and able to think outside of the box

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47000 - $70000 determined by performance time in the position and variable compensation earned.
