North America Sales Director - CASE

Location : Greater Toronto Area, Canada

The Opportunity

A global chemical distributor with a strong North American footprint seeks a North American Sales Director for CASE to lead its Canadian and US operations and play a pivotal role in regional growth. This is a strategic “player-coach” role that combines commercial leadership, key account development, and operational oversight.

The successful candidate will manage a lean cross-functional team, drive profitability, and strengthen relationships across key sectors in both Canada and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Canadian operations with full P&L responsibility and budget oversight
  • Drive business strategy across import costing, supply chain, and supplier relationship management
  • Manage a cross-functional team including Sales, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Administration
  • Oversee trade and distribution strategy, market development, and key account management
  • Maintain and grow business across North America, with a strong focus on the US market
  • Act as a key liaison with suppliers and customers in the Advanced Materials, Life Sciences, and Specialty Chemicals sectors

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Advanced Materials / CASE Distribution
  • Hands-on sales expertise, ideally with strategic key account and supplier relationship ownership
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated P&L management experience
  • Confident leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
