North America Sales Director - CASE

The Opportunity
A global chemical distributor with a strong North American footprint seeks a North American Sales Director for CASE to lead its Canadian and US operations and play a pivotal role in regional growth. This is a strategic “player-coach” role that combines commercial leadership, key account development, and operational oversight.
The successful candidate will manage a lean cross-functional team, drive profitability, and strengthen relationships across key sectors in both Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Canadian operations with full P&L responsibility and budget oversight
- Drive business strategy across import costing, supply chain, and supplier relationship management
- Manage a cross-functional team including Sales, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Administration
- Oversee trade and distribution strategy, market development, and key account management
- Maintain and grow business across North America, with a strong focus on the US market
- Act as a key liaison with suppliers and customers in the Advanced Materials, Life Sciences, and Specialty Chemicals sectors
