Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Recruitment Manager located in Woodstock or Fredericton, NB area. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will collaborate with office, plant and engineering managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition expertise
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
• Ability to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Human Resources certification or relevant degree is a plus
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is beneficial
