Emergency Mitigation Crew Member

DESCRIPTION : This person is part of an emergency mitigation crew working to aid homeowners and businesses after floods, fires, and wind damage. You will be required to attend sites and mitigate the damage. Training is offered. No experience needed. If you are a hard worker and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Functions & Responsibilities

Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity. Work at the direction of the Lead Technician. Handle damaged building materials and contents.

• Understand the issues around water and fire damage.
• Communicate with staff on site issues.
• Be a team player. Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure job site security and safety requirements.
• Possess a High School Diploma.
• Have a valid Driver's License.
• IICRC Certifications in Water and Fire (preferable but not required).
