Your role

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

• Follows and complies with Company Project and Document Controls Function procedures and techniques.
• Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures including sensitive information management and permissions management commiserate with company standards.
• Develop and provide training guidance and coaching in the areas of responsibility for direct reports internal and external customers.
• Implement options to improve efficiency reduce operating cost.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Document Control staff to ensure document management across the Projects are effectively managed with consistent performance and value added.
• Provide accurate and timely status reporting metrics of all pertinent document control functions.
• Provide document management oversight on the project and ensure that systems and procedures are being properly utilized.
• Support management with respect to the selection appraisal in accordance with the competency assessment guideline and training of competent Document Controls staff.
• Responsible to oversee implement maintain and support the continued development of tools systems processes and procedures.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $79300 - $109000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
