Lya looking for a babysitter or nanny in Montreal

My husband and I are blessed with three boys. We have a 6, 4 and soon to be 3 month old. Every second weekend my 11 year old step daughter spends the weekend. I am currently on Mat leave and looking for someone to help with the kids and light housework when my husband is away for work, mostly evenings and weekends. In the summer months, a few hours every day while the two boys are home.We'd eventually like to also have the person stay with the 2 older boys and step daughter occasionally so we are able to go out. The baby would eventually be included in that as well. Our boys are strong willed, energetic and kind. They're interesting and social.
