We enable #HumanFirstDIGITAL Role Description : You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities) : Software Development : propose and evaluate design options, review code, analyze requirements, implement high quality code and tests in areas of web APIs, database, and Cloud-components, as well as analysis pipeline execution.

Process & Operations : ensure test automation and regulatory compliance are embedded into software development practices and apply Lean principles in activities you participate in for the continuous improvement of how our teams function and the quality of the products we build.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience) : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline5-8 years of hands on experience designing, developing and deploying scalable web applications and servicesPossess leadership skills to guide the team towards successful project executionExperience building software products using Java, REST APIs, Microservices and modern web application framework like Angular / ReactExperience working on various Data structures like Stack, Queue, LinkedList etc.

and algorithmsExperience developing and deploying production software utilizing public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWSAbility to participate in architectural discussions and take ownership of projects to deliver high quality softwareExperience collaborating with software architect on application deployment architecture and sizing for best product stability, performance, security, reliability, and supportability on cloudExperience with relational and NoSQL databasesDedication to Agile / Lean practices and scalable architecture, including experience building adaptable roadmaps and evolving requirementsAbility to develop reusable, inner- or open-sourced components for multiple projectAbility to understand sophisticated workflows and graph structuresExperience with behavior or test driven developmentExperience partnering with security and compliance teams to ensure the software meets the relevant requirementsExperience maintaining high standards of software quality by establishing and following best practices within the teamAbility to work with globally distributed and multi-cultural teamsNice to Have : Experience developing regulated products under design controlExperience with virtualization, containers, and orchestration platforms (Dockers, Kubernetes)Familiarity with tools like Datadog, Helm, GitHub Actions etc.
