is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Systems Analyst for upcoming opportunities with ARC’s clients. This is a 6 month contract and is a hybrid role based in Edmonton.

ROLE : SYSTEMS ANALYST Skills : Experience working with modern front-end and back-end web technologies such as JavaScript, single page application frameworks, .

NET, SQL Server, and association management software will be an asset. Knowledge of system development life cycle, structured systems development concepts, as well as software development methodologies.

Knowledge and skills of modern deployment practices and tooling for release and deployment management. Excellent customer service skills and habits are a must.

Able to organize and prioritize your work independently. Ability to support end users at an intermediate level. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

High attention to detail. Stays up to date with current advancements in application development tools and best practices.

Strong abilities in T-SQL Querying and database performance troubleshooting. Scope : This position is main point of contact for all IT Applications to internal staff and external members.

Provides extensive IT Application support by acknowledging, prioritizing, organizing, and following up on inquiries from internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to be proactive and understand problems from a broad, interactive perspective and can develop solutions that combine information and ideas.

Strong ability to work with diverse groups of people, build professional and productive relationships with colleagues and vendors.

Ability to work under pressure, independently or in teams and meet tight time sensitive deadlines by prioritizing work and multitasking.

Anticipates problems and works proactively to solve them through creative thinking and making decisions in a changing environment.

Work closely with different stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into fully functional solutions.

Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and make logical decisions to enhance the performance and security of the applications.

Ability to communicate ideas, project and process concepts, both orally and in writing, with ease and clarity Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation.

Qualifications : Post-secondary degree in IST, computer science, software development or a related field. 3-5 years of progressively responsible related experience in medium IT environments.

Certification in .NET, C#, SQL, ITIL 4 or other related certificates considered an asset. Experience in software development using Microsoft and Atlassian tools will be an asset.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and / or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
