Boat Design Lead / Manager

Our client, a leading designer in the Marine Industry is looking to hire a Design Manager to their team on a full time basis. This is a permanent role located in Victoria, BC.

Key Responsibilities : ​

• Effectively coach, providing constructive feedback and promoting continuous improvement in design quality
• Drives the department to meet all goals and objectives
• Works closely with all departments to develop boat designs that our customers want
• Ensures boat designs meet all customer and regulatory requirements
• Provides accurate BOM’s, with MI, to the production departments
