Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Telecom and BSS domain expertise to lead complex transformation and delivery projects in the telecom industry

An initial 12 month contract. Full time - 4-5 days per week onsite

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom BSS projects across the full project lifecycle
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
Drive implementation and transformation of BSS systems including :
Billing & Rating (Prepaid / Postpaid / Convergent)
Charging Systems
CRM & Customer Management
Coordinate with business, IT, OSS, network, finance, and operations teams
Ensure seamless integration between BSS, OSS, and external systems using APIs and middleware

Must-Haves :

Strong experience in Telecom BSS project management

Deep understanding of Telecom BSS domains

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor Telecom IT projects

Hands-on experience with BSS platforms such as :

Amdocs, Netcracker or similar

Solid knowledge of Telecom processes and frameworks (TM Forum eTOM, SID)
