Job Title : CorCare Project - Customer Service and Concierge

Location : Waterford Hospital

Employment Type : Temporary Casual Position

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 07 : 30-15 : 30 hours

Pay Rate : $19.67 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Provide professional and friendly assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.
• Concierge Support : Offer directions, information, and general assistance within the facility.
• Computer Troubleshooting : Provide basic support for common computer or device issues.
• Wayfinding : Help individuals navigate the facility accurately and efficiently.
• General Logistics : Assist with coordination of access, information flow, and general operational tasks.
• Problem Solving : Respond to day-to-day challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Other Reasonable Duties : Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
