Responsibilities

• Evaluates and implements projects that reduce cost, increase value and / or improves quality.
• Responsible for training on the process changes.
• Provides assistance in trouble shooting equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production.
• Support all new model launch, PFMEA, Control Plan, and TS requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-On Experience : You have 3-5years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (strong co-op / internship experience is highly valued!).

A Continuous Improvement Mindset : You have a solid understanding of methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis.

Must have transportation, and willing to work days. location Collingwood
