Your Impact
Human Resources Support
You'll help create a streamlined and engaging experience for candidates and employees by :
Supporting the Corporate HR Director with daily administrative and coordination tasks.Managing job postings, candidate profiles, data entry, and reporting.Assisting in the coordination of job fairs and recruitment activities.Maintaining data accuracy in PLUM and Survey Monkey.Ensuring timely communication between HR and hiring managers.Supporting HS&E documentation and compliance administration.Marketing Administration
You'll support the company's branding and event initiatives by :
Managing accurate invoice, PO, and expense records.Coordinating vendor invoicing, approvals, and payment tracking.Assisting with tradeshow and event logistics (COIs, shipping, materials, documentation).Coordinating post-event follow-ups, including thank-you gifts or promotional shipments.Keeping marketing collateral updated, well organized, and easily accessible.Assisting with internal communications, including new-hire announcements.Procurement Administration
Your organizational strength will help support efficient supply chain operations by :
Entering and updating buy-sell requisition purchase orders.Assisting purchasers with PO-related issues (vendor delays, returns, cancellations, stock rotations).Creating purchase orders, uploading confirmations, and processing transfer orders.Evaluating requisitions and alerting purchasers when stock additions may be required.Coordinating freight rates and communicating special instructions to the sales team.What You Bring
