What's your role - Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you'll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include :

Community Leadership : Actively promote Rexall's positive image by participating in community business groups and health and wellness initiatives

Patient Care : Provide professional advice on prescriptions, healthy living products, services, and OTC products, fostering excellent customer service and loyalty

Compliance : Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, professional standards, and applicable laws

Leadership : Demonstrate exceptional Leadership - bringing energy, passion, and strong communication skills

Financial Growth : Drive the store's financial growth and maintain robust financial health

Staff Management : Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all pharmacy staff to ensure optimal staffing and efficient operations

Qualifications to succeed

Licensed Pharmacist in Province of interest

Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team

Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
