Direct all kitchen operations for a high-volume casual dining restaurant, leading a team of 22 culinary and supporting staff to deliver exceptional food quality and serviceOptimize food cost managementEnsure compliance with Ontario health and safety regulationsRecruit, train and mentor kitchen staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety proceduresManage labor budgets and scheduling, aligning staffing levels with demand forecasts.Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
